This week, Dec 1-4, The crew worked on a home that was experiencing basement flooding. The Homeowner needed their gutters run away from the house, so that the rain water and melting snow would no longer drop down the foundation and wind up in the basement.
One of the first things to check when experiencing basement flooding is to see if the gutters are properly run away from the house and emptying at a lower elevation far from the house.
So as to keep lawn disturbance to a minimum, a trencher was brought in, and the trenching was completed with that smaller machine.
