“As a woman, I really appreciated the way that I was treated by Joe, although, I think it is my right, as a consumer, to be treated with respect, that is not always the way it is when dealing with contractors. This was one of the main reasons that we hired Joe. I had initiated the phone call and made most of the inquiries and he answered every question and explained everything to me, he treated me the same way that he treated my husband but never made me feel like only my husband could understand what he had to say.
In fact, he came out and met my husband and I personally, and took the time that we needed to go over everything that we asked about. He continually answered questions, explained things, and kept us informed throughout the project. He really cared about us and the work that he did for us, and we found him and his crew to be very friendly and easy to work with.
Working with AJM was painless, timely, and the work was done on schedule. When the project was completed, other than the fact that we actually gained extra space, you would never know that such a major project had been done and we have not had any problems since then. We were very happy working with A-JM and the work that they did for us and would recommend their services to others.”
