The Old Farms Condominium Complex is a beautiful well maintained complex located in New Milford, Connecticut.
The complex is comprised of many buildings, located far from city sewer. This complex needed a new septic system for multiple buildings. This was not a simple one home system, but rather a large scale and technically advanced system.
The system used multiple septic tanks and pump chambers to store the large amount of waste coming from multiple buildings. The liquid waste was pumped hundreds of feet away form the tanks, to multiple rows of fields.
The AJM Team installed a septic system that services six units in the Old Farms Condominiums. This was one of the largest septic systems that our team has ever installed. It required road cutting, pond and slope maintenance, lots of excavation, many inspections from the town of New Milford’s sanitarians, and lots of hard work. The final project turned out beautiful!
